[BRLTTY] Brltty on windows

I have a similar problem though i use the com port for my braillex el 80.
It does not find it.
But hal does.

How to configure brltty on Windows?

I've installed brltty 4.1.1.exe from mielke.cc.

I really wan't brltty instead of jaws when using cygwin.

I have an Papenmeier els 80 usb device.

The only way I seem to get brltty to work is to use the libusb driver, but
that breaks Jaws. If I install libusb Jaws complaints: can't load braille
driver.

The only way to fix this is to uninstall libusb, but then brltty is
broken... Or at least it don't work with my braille display if libusb is not
installed.
