[BRLTTY] New .ktb file

Hi,
I've created a new .ktb file which I call "desktop.ktb".
It maps the keys similar to the Jaws/Orca style (desktop layout), using
KP-Insert mainly as the shift key; in a few cases I've added control,
shift or both.
Two questions:
1. How can I submit the file to the project?
2. Regarding a mapping: I wanted to map the preferences menu as
follows:
bind ControlLeft+ShiftLeft+KPInsert+KP5 PrefMenu
which doesn't work.
Changing "KP5" to "KP2" solved the problem, why?
