[BRLTTY] Default for key tables - OFF or ON

What do all of you think about the default for the -k [--key-table=] option? 
Should it remain OFF as it is today, or should a sensible key table be loaded 
by default?

One suggestion I've received is that a key table be loaded by default so that 
new users would have a guaranteed known way to get to the braille driver's help 
page.
