I think a help viewer is a separate issue. The question here is the default 
.ktb table. Given the complexity of trying to interact (interweave!) among 
other programs, the default table should include as little as possible; just 
enough to get you bootstrapped. Once you get your system working you can 
choose a _real_ table if you want, and whether that real table includes the 
minimalist default is up to the table writer (or you as you modify it).
