I'm sorry. I had it wrong. That's what I get for making an assumption about a 
platform that I don't know very well.

The translations need to be in the native character set. That's probably big5 
for Traditional Chinese, but you'd know best.

It'd have to be done again anyway, though, because the original file was saved 
using Unix line terminators rather than Windows line terminators. Also, the 
file has been renamed to nsistrings.txt.
