[BRLTTY] Problem make rpm

Hello!

I tried to build rpms from to night's svn, and I got the following
errors. Could you please advice me in fixing this one:

Requires(rpmlib): rpmlib(CompressedFileNames) <= 3.0.4-1
rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1 Requires: brlapi = 0.5.3
