I answered too quickly yesterday. On Focus models, help is chord-h, i.e. 
Space+Dot1+Dot2+Dot5. Toggling cursor tracking is chord-t. Toggle screen freeze 
is chord-f. The preferences menu is chord-p. You can use chord-l to enter learn 
mode and try key combinations.
