[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Beresford, orangery

Hi folks,

The braille table contains the following line (reproduced from
memory):

endword agery = orangery

I changed the example word to "savagery" and put in rules for spelling
out orangery and orangeries.

The name Beresford is not a word but is rather common so imho deserves
to be handled properly. It should use the e-r sign instead of the b-e
sign. I wrote a rule that takes care of this, and also handles the
very uncommon name Beresina (which I wouldn't bother with if it were
all by itself). Here are some examples:

  pump4 ,my he>t w5t | 6,mr ,b}es=d4
,b}es9a1 (! ,e>?quake at ,lisbon1 (!
 ) ,colonel ,b}es=d4 ,i "k y w excuse
 0,colonel ,b}es=d 62g9 ! set4 ,if !
    ,f1tur+ ,tommy & ,tupp;e ,b}es=d3
