[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: ageries

Hi gang,

Dave pointed out that "savageries" was handled incorrectly since it
used the e-r sign which it shouldn't. But menageries should. I had to
figure out whether there are more words like the former or the
latter. According to the subset of books on my computer there are more
words like savageries, so I decided to spell out ageries and
special-case menager*. As far as I can tell I didn't break anything
else. Attached is the patch.
