[BRLTTY] Default braille table

Hi,

With the /branches/brltty-4.1 branch, when I do :
./autogen.sh [...] --with-text-table=foo
make
make install

I get "text-table: foo" in the autogen.sh script output and foo.ttb is 
correctly copied in /etc/brltty/ by running "make install". But when I 
run BRLTTY without "-t" option, the table which is loaded is fr_FR.ttb. I 
should run BRLTTY with "-t foo" to override this. Is it normal behaviour ?
