[BRLTTY] Crash message from windows.

Hello!
I have had similar issues but without any messages.
Brltty just terminates for some reasons which i can not explain.
Maybe i should run it in debug mode and then post a debug report here.

Can you reproduce this reliably or did it only happen once?

The above error message isn't very informative. If you can reproduce it, you'll
probably have to run it under whatever the Windows equivalent of gdb is, unless
Windows can be configured to write core files using something similar to the
ulimit command on Unix/Linux machines.

I've never used Windows, so I really can't help any further.
