[BRLTTY] Liblouis braille tables in brltty

What if you want contracted braille in BRLTTY, could you then use
either liblouis or the liblouis tables in any way? I got a lot of
errors while trying to use ttbtest to convert the liblouis contracion
tables into brltty tables. For example ttbtest didn't understand "include",
and "word", which is commonly used statements in liblouis tables.
