[BRLTTY] Liblouis braille tables in brltty

Hello!
Well its mor of a table for reading books than computer braille.
Can this brailletable thing be done under windows with cygwin?

Yes. Just revert options and filenames.

Mmm, liblouis already has a swedish table, that's why I hadn't submitted
brltty's to it.
