Your attachment didn't make it to the list because it was 34MB big. Here's what 
it shows.

Both the braille-driver and braille-device directives in brltty.conf are 
specified more than once. Perhaps this is causing unexpected results insofar as 
you're concerned.

It's trying to access your braille display on COM4. This is failing, although I 
don't understand Swedish so I can't tell you why. Here are the relevant logs:

   CreateFile error 5: Åtkomst nekad.
   cannot open serial device: COM4
