[BRLTTY] Contraction errors and patch: Contradistinction

Hi folks,

While working on words ending in esque I found a whole raft of other
things to fix. First is contradistinction. All examples of "dist"
spelled out in my braille collection occur in the middle of the word,
so I took care of contradistinction by the midword rule. We might be
able to get rid of other dist rules, but there's one that the midword
rule doesn't take care of (redistribute I think it was). Also, on the
philosophy that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", I think we should
leave the other dist rules alone:

-+ 3tradist9c;n
 2/{$ ~u hm 9 3tradist9c;n1 p}h1 6,old
ma!matical1 9 3tradist9c;n f !
 exemplifi$ "h1 9 3tradist9c;n 6t (
       3tradist9c;n 6! case (a /ol5

Next is edacious:

edaci|s equidist.e
eda-cious edaci|s
 want 6d ? 2c !y hold y 9 ! mo/ edaci|s

Change the "onesque" rule to take plurals into account, though there
are no plurals here:

 ,py?onesque twitti%;s defus$ x4 ,if y
piti;l4 ,s *ildlike & ,byronesque4 ,=a
happ5$ 6hit on ! ~w 8,byronesque02 h{

Any "esque" word preceded by "ther" must not use the there sign. In my
print books I found the word Wertheresque. Werther is a character in a
novel by Goethe.

The example for the evere rule is wrong. I suggest perseveres.
