[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: a-coming

Hi gang,

The words a-comin' and a-coming were adversely affected by the recent
change to remove the letter sign before the a. Note that these words
were never done "right" but they used to be done better. Here's a
patch to do them all the way right.
