Right, it is not bound anymore.

Yes. This family of bindings has also recently been added to the Easy
Braille, where it makes a lot of sense I think (ergonomically).
I wasn't so sure about the ergonomics of these bindings on the Modular
Evolution (which I use on a daily basis), so I left them out for now.

It was intentional, but if you are missing them we should consider
it a bug. Attached is a patch to add them.
