Adding brltty to a Fedora installer image is easy. There's even a script in 
brltty's source tree called rhmkiso which does it. I find myself wondering, 
though, if it's worth it. I say this because my experience with Fedora 12 was 
that they've taken all of the guts out of their text-mode installer so that it 
can be used for little more than a basic install. Maybe I'm just being too 
picky. If you and others are okay with that, I'll make an installer image for 
Fedora 13.
