[BRLTTY] Trying to get the BRLTTY to work with NVDA on a Windows 7 machine

HAL Screen Reader is installed on the system, but is not running when I try BRLTTY og NVDA using BRLTTY.

Just to make sure: apart from the manufacturer driver, you have no
screen reader that could want to concurrently access the braille device?
