Thanks, it works now with -d serial:COM3

brlapi_writeDots() is also working :)

Now I'm going to compile brltty from the tarball using cygwin,
to activate the braille input, as you have written to me.
Do I need to install the libusb-win32 package in my case, when I have
attached the terminal to an USB port and simulate a serial port?
