[BRLTTY] Handytech driver missing.

  Hi!
In the brltty 4.2.2 i can't find the handy tech braill driver when 
running  the brlconf.exe and when editing brl.conf file.
I have tried several things to get my braillino work on windows but with 
no luck.
Running the brlttyconf.exe, make changes to the brltty.conf and running 
a command to get it to work.
No luck.
Both window eyes and hal finds my braillino but not brltty.
Strange.
Really strange.
