[BRLTTY] Vario Connect 40 support

In a conversation with someone who is not subscribed to the list yet, the
question arose of how well the Vario Connect 40 is supported.

I had a quick look at the sources of the Baum driver, and clearly the USB
interfaces (vendor/product ids etc.) are defined, which seem to include the
braille keyboard as well as the display itself.

Any comments on how well this all works in practice would be welcome, and I
would be interested to know whether BRLTTY 4.2 supports it or whether anyone
wanting to use it would need to compile from svn.
