[BRLTTY] WIndow eyes again.

  Hi!
Having read the window eyes doc for brltty now but still does not work.
I can choce the right display  which fo rme is brlapi generic.
When restarting i get a message about a component that can't be found.
I have the dll file in the window eyes directory so i don't know what 
could be the problem.
