You don't say which characters you test exactly so I can't know. You
should for instance redirect the output to a file and send it to us so
we can test.
My test was with an extract from google.tw:
瞭解詳情
which properly got translated to 14-246-4 13-346-4 15-46-2 245-13456-2.
