[BRLTTY] Papenmeier EL80S : the braille display turns off after 10 seconds

I have encountered the same problem a few years ago with an old version
of the firmware and a Papenmeier BRAILLEX EL40S. Upgrading the firmware
solved the problem.

A work arround : in brltty's preferences menu, try to turn blinking
cursor on.
