[BRLTTY] Can this be done?from Sabrina

If I have a braille dispaly that can be used either usb or bluetooth can I
use it in either mode depending on the situation without having to modify
brltty.conf or remember the comman-line switches and restarting brltty?
In other words can brltty pick whichever device is active without being
restarted?
