[BRLTTY] Command promt in windows 7.

Hi!
Using the latest brltty 4.3.2 with windows 7 64 bit and i can not access 
the command prompt.
If i exit nvda and enter the command prompt nothing is shown on the display.
I don't know really if brltty is still running but on my xp machine 
there were no problems.
