[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Leatherette

Hi folks,

Leatherette should not use the there sign. The attached patch includes
the two previously submitted ones.

I don't know if there's such a word as "leatheretted", but the patch
takes care of it if there is. Here are some examples of leatherette:
