[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Clemenceau, Bertheau

Hi all,

Clemenceau should use the en and ea signs instead of the ence
sign. Bertheau should use the th and ea signs instead of the the sign.

I have only one example of Bertheau but it's included in the
Clemenceau examples:
