[BRLTTY] Help, very needed.

This is the kind of question for which the mailing list is best.

A serial port provided by a USB device is likely to have a name like 
ttyUSB0. I suggest you try that. Check output of the dmesg command, 
especially at the point when plugging in the USB device.
