[BRLTTY] Contraction errors and patch: Binomial, Trinodal

Hi folks,

Binomial, binodal, trinomial, and trinodal should not use the in
sign. Here are a few binomial examples which should serve for all four
words. Note that other words such as binoculars should use the in:

    ,b          binomial
us$ 9 .binomial or .trinodal1 &! .en
bi-no-mi-al binomial
t >e binomials4
