[BRLTTY] Libusb filter.

Hi!
I have a question regarding the libusb filter.
I read that its not supported but windows 7 64 bit so i have to install 
the universal libusb driver.
But what about drivers for other screenreaders then.
If i use brltty and nvda and then want to use for example hal or jaws 
how can i go about this?
Do i have to uninstall and reinstal the libusb driver evry time i want 
braille support in different ways?
