[BRLTTY] Incorrectly detecting number of cells of a braille sense display.

Please find attached debug.log and brltty.conf as provided by user.
I Didn't realize "run brltty in debug mode" was in the start menu, personally not a windows user.

debug.log seems to indicate 32 cells too.
