[BRLTTY] Alva BC640 perkins input

So, Dave... I'm just bumping my issue up :)
Any thoughts on my Alva? I think it's not a common problem if most users are allowing keyboard input from the keyboard device portion of the device to come through without BrlTTY, but I really need to use BrlAPI, and that seems to halt keyboard input from the Alva.
And, just for the purpose of isolating problems, I am using exactly the same setup as I am using for my Focus40 (except the required brltty.conf changes, of course), and that works perfectly.

Be careful. We don't know, yet, if the 2.10 firmware for the Alva BC works on
Linux for USB. He's using Windows.
