[BRLTTY] Saving of the line markers

OK, I understand. But I only use console 1 with screen and Brltty doesn't
recognize the different screen windows so I use the same markers in every
program. This is no problem for me cause 4 markers are enough for me, one
for the second line, another for the status line of many programs and so
on. But I must define them on every time when I start Brltty. Cause I often
switch the speech language this happens at least once per hour.
And under the condition that you would save them and later start another
program in console 2 which needs other markers you got no disadvantages
cause if the markers all stand in the first line or in several lines on the
screen makes no difference, you must define them again anyway.

Hm strange but you're right. Now I tried out CapsLock + Shift + F2 and this
works.
