Because both Ubuntu and GNOME are migrating to Python 3, Orca is
migrating to Python 3 and will need Python 3 bindings for brlapi.

I asked Samuel Thibault about this via IRC:

me: what are the odds that we could get some python 3 bindings? :)
st: depends on pyrex, I guess
me: Should I file a bug somewhere? Are you looking into it? Something
else?? :)
st: I'd say mail brltty at mielke.cc
st: I don't have much time to spend on it, but perhaps someone will have

So as suggested, I am emailing here. :) Any light you can shed on this
would be quite helpful.
