But it did. It said "function not implemented". It can't know why. 
--without-bluetooth-package means to omit all code to do with Bluetooth 
support. The precise reason that the code is omitted doesn't remain buried 
within the code. I did know what it meant, which is why my first guess was that 
you didn't have the Bluetooth development package on your system.
