[BRLTTY] BRLTTY 4.5 segfault after display powers down

I returned from lunch to discover that BRLTTY had died and the following
messages were in syslog:

Dec 16 12:26:48 jdc brltty[12088]: Baum Powerdown: idle timeout
Dec 16 12:26:48 jdc kernel: [18595.122452] brltty[12088]: segfault at 18 ip

This hasn't occurred after previous power-down events.  I've now set ulimit -c
unlimited in the hope of getting a core dump if it happens again today.
