Hi,
While writing a string to a device using bral_apis_write, how do we know
the actual length of the 'translated dot string". For example if the
braille display device length is 14 and want to write a line with 14 alpha
numeric characters. The corresponding dot translation might be more than 14
'dots' length (for example, to denote a number it might be using two dot).
So do there have any api to know what position of a string corresponds to
the translated dot position of a string and send the input to writeApi
accordingly? How this is generally done ( to use brailapi)? thanks in
advance for any input.
Thanks,
siju samuel
