[BRLTTY] Contracted braille error and patch: kneedeep

Hi all,

The preferred spelling has traditionally been knee-deep. However, several 
years ago I read that the newest Oxford English Dictionary removed the 
hyphens from a bunch of words. This suggests that kneedeep may gain 
widespread acceptance in the future. It's already in Wiktionary. So here's a 
patch to keep brltty from using the ed sign in kneedeep.
