[BRLTTY] i18n

Hi,

I'm doing some experiences and testing some new installations to learn and
do tests. Building brltty, I have 2 problems I would like to be helped.
Here's the 1st.

I do: ./configure --enable-i18n --enable-icu and make. But no brltty.mo is
generated and installed. So my brltty stays in English. Why? Is there some
specific argument to pass to make to generate .mo files?
