[BRLTTY] Problem with speech !?

Hello again.

I'm sorry boring you,  but I installed a new debian with smallest installation possible. For so no any Bluetooth or others interactions.
I compiled the latest tarball.

I have completely the same symptom :

Brltty -s es

The prompt :

BRLTTY 4.4 rev 5477 [http://mielke.cc/brltty/] is read via the speaker. So it seem that my brltty communicate quite well with the espeak.
But after this, nothing typed on the console is read.

Where I'm wrong?

?? I can't use on menu i'm on console ;-)

I'm doing all the configuration on the /etc/brltty.conf I'm doing another installation on debian to compare.

By default, speech options are disabled.  you need to enter BRLTTY's preference menu and go in the Speech Options menu.  There you'll find a bunch of options to automatically speak out various events.

Then you may add the following to your config file to let eSpeak use a french voice:

speech-parameters es:voice=fr
