[BRLTTY] Brltty any version supports Handytech Modular Evolution 40 braille display?

I just looked at the code and it isn't supported as of the latest revision
from svn. I am sure that it can be added easily, however. There are
identifiers for the Modular 64 and 80, but not the 40. It might be as simple
as obtaining the identifier from a debug log and adding an etry for it in the
C struct.
