[BRLTTY] brltty and emacs

Hi,

Remember that you can get your braille display driven by
speechd-el in emacs. Speechd-el use brltty to do the job but in
a customized way. Sorry not to know more about this solution
since I do not use it. But I just like let you know that it
exists.
