[BRLTTY] BRLTTY Digest, Vol 9, Issue 120

Thank you all for your responses. This will be only the application which
is
accessible to the user in the computer. This already has the text to speech
capability. So preferably   looking for adding just the capability to
interact with a refreshable braille. I will start looking at suggested
options and will get back.
