[BRLTTY] Problem with fr_FR.ttb

Okay. It's working correctly, then. The text tables are defined in terms of Unicode so that they're totally independent of the user's locale.

Sorry if I'm not clear...

With \xA4 in the table I obtain a question mark but with \u20AC I obtain the
right euro sign (1   5  8) as defined in the fr_FR.ttb.
