[BRLTTY] How to build BRLTTY for Mac ?

I have installed autoconf and scripts works well.

How can I run BRLTTY ? With ./run-brltty I have this error :

"./run-brltty: line 27:
/Users/alexandrearnaud/Downloads/brltty-4.5/Programs/brltty: No such file
or directory"
