[BRLTTY] A couple of dumb questions

Thanks. Those chords work. 

With a lot of trial and error I also found out that left Gdf is the left 
shift key on the front of the display. Right Gdf is the right shift key. 

Do you know why Orca uses liblouis, since brltty has Grade 2 
capabilities.
