[BRLTTY] Contracted English braille errors and patch: House

Hi all,

This replaces my previously submitted fix for Guesthouse.

Recently I've come across a lot of words having to do with House: 
Guesthouses, penthousing, masthouse, oasthouse, housedress... This fix 
attempts to--well--fix them. I think I got 'em all but this is pretty 
radical surgery so I wouldn't be surprised at errors. I hope not though.
