[BRLTTY] applying shared memory patch to screen-4.2.1 under macports

Hello Raoul,
I found your brltty-screen patch and applied it to the macports distribution.  This resulted in two rejected hunks which I can send along if you’d like.  

I then attempted to build patched screen package with:
sudo port build screen

This resulted in a compiler error which I’m attempting to figure out.  I’m attaching the main.log which shows the errors and warnings from the build.
